O parque Super Nintendo World vai ser inaugurado ainda em março
A Nintendo anunciou hoje que o seu parque, o Super Nintendo World, vai ser inaugurado no dia 18 de março de 2021, ou seja, na quinta-feira da semana que vem.
A confirmação aconteceu via uma postagem em japonês no perfil oficial da Nintendo. Confira ela abaixo:

Mesmo não sabendo japonês, é possível perceber a data “3.18” na parte de baixo da imagem divulgada pela Nintendo. A data faz referência justamente ao dia 18 de março, data em que vai supostamente ocorrer a abertura do Super Nintendo World.
O anúncio do parque já havia sido feito em maio de 2015, com a primeira imagem conceitual sendo divulgada em dezembro de 2016.
A última notícia que tivemos, além da de hoje, foi em janeiro de 2021, mês em que o parque supostamente deveria abrir. No mês em questão, a Nintendo anunciou o adiamento do lançamento.

Onde vai estar localizado o Super Nintendo World?
O Super Nintendo World vai estar localizado no Universal Studios, em Osaka, no Japão.
Já há planos por parte da Nintendo de expandir a atração para outras regiões do mundo. Atualmente, por exemplo, já há versões do parque temático sendo construídas na Califórnia, em Orlando e em Singapura, sempre como uma extensão do Universal Studios.
O de Orlando, aparentemente o mais avançado até então em sua construção, está previsto para o ano de 2025. Outras possíveis expansões, em outras regiões do mundo, ainda não foram anunciadas pela Nintendo.

Como vai funcionar o Super Nintendo World?
O Super Nintendo World, como o nome sugere, vai ser um parque temático com atrações relacionadas às propriedades intelectuais da Nintendo. A maior parte das atrações, como é de se supor, vai ser baseada nos jogos da franquia Super Mario.
Uma das atrações, por exemplo, vai ser o Mario Kart: Koopa’s Challenge, baseado no game Mario Kart. A atração vai envolver tecnologia de realidade aumentada e colocar o visitante numa das clássicas corridas de Mario Kart.
Entretanto, o parque certamente contará futuramente com atrações de outros jogos da Nintendo. Como, por exemplo, Pokemon, Metroid, The Legend of Zelda, Fire Emblem, Xenoblade, Donkey Kong etc.
Afinal, o que a Nintendo mais tem são franquias de bastante peso e que certamente podem render uma série de atrações incríveis para o Super Nintendo World.
E como fica a pandemia de Covid-19?
Essa é uma pergunta que a decisão da Nintendo de abrir o parque ainda em março levantou: e como fica a situação da atual pandemia de Covid-19?
A Universal Studios já se manifestou afirmando que seus parques estão seguindo à risca as novas medidas contra o Coronavírus. E isso inclui, por exemplo, o uso obrigatório de máscaras, funcionamento das atrações (e do próprio parque) com uma capacidade reduzida, tickets numerados etc.
Ainda assim, o momento não é dos melhores para a abertura de um novo parque temático. Por exemplo, atualmente, o Japão tem uma média de 1.038 casos por dia, totalizando 439,992 casos no total e 8.253 mortes.
Osaka, a província japonesa que vai receber o Super Nintendo World, é a quarta mais afetada do Japão, com 1.411 casos ativos e 1.137 óbitos. Ela fica atrás, por exemplo, apenas de Tóquio (2.461 casos), Saitama (1.542) e Chiba (1.586). As duas últimas, entretanto, têm consideravelmente bem menos mortes que Osaka.
